Service Description

Includes data analysis and needs assessment, strategic planning and determining performance indicators with the school leadership team. Sample Agenda: Stage Setting- Administrator and/or leadership team share contextual information to frame the challenges facing the learning community including staff, students, and supports (parents, district-level services, partnerships, etc) 1 hour Level Setting- Consultant collaborates with the administrator and/or leadership team to examine school data & metrics related to the identified challenges. 1.5 hour Goal Setting-Consultant collaborates with the administrator and/or leadership team to determine school-wide goals and success indicators 1.5 hour Strategy Setting- Consultant collaborates with the administrator and/or leadership team to develop an action plan & timeline for achieving set goals. 2 hours
