Service Description

Includes beginning of year data analysis and needs assessment, strategic planning, and determining performance indicators with the school leadership team. Mid-year and end of year sessions include progress monitoring & evaluation. The agenda for a choice session is set by client. Sample Agenda Day 1: Stage Setting- Administrator and/or  leadership team share contextual information to frame the challenges facing the learning community including staff, students, and supports (parents, district-level services, partnerships, etc.) 1 hour Level Setting- Consultant collaborates with the administrator and/or leadership team to examine school data & metrics related to the identified challenges. 1.5 hour Goal Setting-Consultant collaborates with the administrator and/or leadership team to determine school-wide goals and success indicators 1.5 hour Strategy Setting- Consultant collaborates with the administrator and/or leadership team to develop an action plan & timeline for achieving set goals.  2 hours Stage Re-Setting- Administrator and/or leadership team share changes in the school community since first consultation. 1 hour  Day 2 Strategic Implementation Analysis- Consultant and administrator/leadership team meets with grade-level/content area teams to examine data and progress made towards school-wide goals and identify needed supports to promote and/or sustain progress. 3 hours Evaluation & Next Steps- Consultant collaborates with administration and/or leadership team to analyze school-wide data, evaluate overall progress, and determine the next steps. 2 hours Day 3 The administrator and/or leadership team can opt for a school-wide professional development session, instructional coaching, or professional learning community facilitation (Days 2 and 3 are interchangeable). Day 4 Stage Re-Setting- Administrator and/or leadership team share changes in the school community since Middle of the Year consultation. 1 hour  Strategic Implementation Analysis- Consultant and administrator/leadership team meets with grade-level/content area teams to examine data and progress made towards school-wide goals and identify needed supports to promote and/or sustain progress. 3 hours Evaluation & Next Steps- Consultant collaborates with administration and/or leadership team to analyze school-wide data, evaluate overall progress, and recalibrate goals for the next school year.
